Shipping + Handling

Atom Computer uses the United States Postal Service as our main carrier for all our products, shipped both domestically and internationally. Please allow us up to one week of handling time before your order is shipped. For domestic orders, you will receive a USPS tracking number by mail as soon as your order has been shipped. International orders will receive a similar tracking number, but it will provide more limited information. Atom Computer is not responsible for any taxes or import tariffs applied to your order at your customs department. 



We at Atom Computer test each device we send out thoroughly to make sure it arrives at your doorstep with no faults. If you ordered a non-kit item from us that exhibits errors due to faults in workmanship, we will be more than happy to replace it for you within two weeks from your date of purchase (buyer pays for shipping). If you are experiencing problems with your order, regardless of the purchase date, we will gladly work with you to help you repair the issue.



Due to the DIY (do it yourself) nature of our kits, we do not offer refunds on kits as a whole. While we do test all applicable components before they are shipped out, if any components arrive missing or broken we will gladly replace it for you (buyer pays for shipping).
